Meet Our Team
Carole McCann has been a Realtor in NY State since 1985. She founded Hudson Heritage in 1991 in an effort to promote her unique style of comprehensive, high-energy, individualized client/customer service. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Service and the Orange County Association of Realtors.
She is a member of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce and Past President of the Blooming Grove / Washingtonville Chamber. In addition to working in the traditional areas of sales and leasing, Carole is certified as a New York State Real Estate Professional (REP) and Buyer Representative (CBR).
As a Senior Residential Specialist, she has particular expertise meeting the needs of senior buyers and she can act as a Certified Interpreter for the Deaf. She is a rigorous advocate of state-of-the-art skills and technology and has logged many hours as a trainer and leader in Real Estate professional development
James M. “Lucky” McCann is a New York State Licensed Associate Broker with Hudson Heritage Realty. He also manages TheLuckyBroker.com, a Real Estate Blog for consumers and professionals alike. Of his many accomplishments in life, James is particularly proud of becoming a Military Relocation Specialist and managing the Rental Department for Hudson Heritage Realty. However, his most unique experience as a Realtor was to have been chosen to be one of only forty Realtors in the state of New York to be an authorised sales representative for the Disney Vacation Club. Although legally able to assist his clients in every aspect of buying, selling and renting Real Estate in New York, James specializes primarily in Foreclosures, Investment, and Rentals. Truly, these are more related items than one might think. Using his more than two decades of experience in the industry, James helps his clients navigate the often tumultuous world of Real Estate. Having studied broadcast communications, he has a particular focus on video and how it can be used to leverage his client’s properties to their fullest potential in today’s ever-changing and tech-savvy market. In the confusing, and often cold world of investment Real Estate, James and Carole, the Broker at Hudson Heritage Realty, do everything within their power to ensure that owners, renters, and investors are all fairly and honestly represented, while upholding the highest level of professional standards. Aside from spending time with his wife Danika and his puppy Miles, outside of work James tries to volunteer in some way as often as he can. With 14 years of experience working in the Hudson Valley with buyers, sellers and tenants, she takes pride in providing clients with personalized service, guiding them step by step, through their transaction. Latanya “Tammi” Godbee is a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Hudson Heritage Realty. She considers it a privilege to create an atmosphere of ease to the real estate process by using her skills of generous, gentle tenacity to make the process of obtaining a home a seamless and memorable experience. Tammi’s experience with her family owned construction company, as well as her 20+ year tenure as a transportation professional in Westchester County school districts developing transport scheduling programs, make her the perfect project manager for her real estate client’s needs. She also holds an A.A.S degree as a Paralegal. Tammi is also the owner and manager of her family-owned business GoHunt4Property Solutions of New Windsor, New York, established in 2019, specializing in investing and acquiring rental property. Tammi loves working on community projects involving senior transport, foster care and nutrition issues for children and seniors. Along with her son and two grandchildren she enjoys spending time with a large assortment of nieces, nephews, family and friends. She can also be found traveling America’s highways in her RV enjoying the sights and visiting museums. Stephanie Werner is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
Stephanie has extensive knowledge of the Hudson Valley Region, with particular expertise in Rockland and Orange Counties. Stephanie’s years of experience in finance, as well as being a business owner herself, have prepared her to offer sound advice to her clients while helping them navigate their real estate transactions. Stephanie makes staying on top of developments in the real estate industry a top priority and is constantly educating herself to better serve her clients.
